Our trip to the Grandvrio was nothing short of spectacular. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted with warmth and a welcome drink. The service from every level of staff member was friendly and genuinely kind. We stayed at one of the villas with a private pool, which was amazing to have. We were provided with complimentary snacks every evening, the breakfast options were also great. While the location may be a little far away from the city center, free shuttles were provided to DaNang and Hoi An. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone!

This was absolutely the best experience. The staff went above and beyond with all of our needs. Amy was such an amazing person, I fell sick while I was there and she made sure that I received the proper medication from the onsite doctor. I 1000% recommend this resort and I definitely will be back.

Stayed in Danang for 4 nights, and this hotel was the highlight and surprise of the trip! The Japanese manager was always in the lobby from 6am to 10pm to welcome guests and provide all kinds of help! The other staff were all diligent, warm and friendly! The food in the hotel was also very satisfying! In addition to the Asian restaurant, there are also Western and Japanese restaurants! The Japanese restaurant is run by a Japanese chef, and the food quality is first-class! And the price of the meal is reasonable! All in all, our family had a great vacation! If we come to Danang next time, we will definitely come again!

It's the best place for a relaxing trip. It's a quiet beach with lots of palm trees, it's close to Hoi An and the city and there's a free shuttle bus, and when you come back tired you can take a bath in the big bath. I also used the free rental of ao dai. And above all, the hospitality of the staff is amazing! They were quick to respond to all kinds of requests. I'd like to come back when the weather is nice.

The hotel is small and is not located in Da Nang, but in Quang Nam Province. The room furnishings are average. If you have higher requirements for quality, you need to seriously consider this hotel. The service is really good. Everyone is polite and enthusiastic. There are three breakfasts to choose from, among which the Japanese food looks quite innovative, and the free afternoon tea is worth experiencing. The hotel is mainly villas, and the overall feeling is acceptable.

We spent the countdown here. There was a live show and we were served champagne, so it was a great memory. There were three breakfast locations, so you won't get bored even if you stay for several nights. Everything was delicious. It's a little far from the city, but there is a shuttle bus to the city and Hoi An, so it's not a problem. The staff always greeted us with a smile when we passed each other, and I thought that they were providing Japanese-style hospitality. The large public bath, pool, and rooms were all clean and comfortable without complaint. I was able to spend a wonderful memory in Da Nang. Thank you very much.

Good environment, good service! Suitable for vacation

I was looking for a hotel where Japanese was spoken, and booked this hotel as it said it had a Japanese general manager. The general manager gave me lots of advice, the hotel was comfortable to use, and he also recommended some restaurants in Hoi An, so I was able to eat some delicious food! The other staff were also very friendly and polite, so I felt at ease when staying here! The breakfast buffet and Japanese food were also very delicious. I had the teppanyaki course once at night, which was very tasty. There was also a shuttle bus from the hotel, so it was very convenient. I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Da Nang.

The ultimate in friendliness to the point of being burdensome, Clean enough to not have a speck of dust There are also pool guards, so you feel safe.. I stayed at 3 places during my trip, and this is the best. I'll stay here again next time. It's close to Hoi An, so it's good to take a shuttle to Hoi An in the evening. They also run a shuttle bus and you can use the sauna for free.. It's so great.
