The service is really bad for a hotel of this scale as well as an eco-tourism area. Sales are not consistent in price, even in such an eco-tourism complex there are only two electric cars. Guests who want to move from one place to another to visit must wait for the tram for at least 20 to 30 minutes. The restaurant lacks basic experience in bossing tables for guests. Once the table is arranged and the dishes are prepared, they do not place a sign to let other guests know that this person has been booked. When asking the receptionist about the dinner place and the restaurant's schedule, The restaurant also asked in advance whether it was necessary to make a reservation or not, the receptionist answered no. In the evening, when they went down to call the desk boss, the restaurant depar**ent asked if they had made a reservation or not. In addition to not being delicious, the food came out slowly. By the time everyone had finished eating, it still hadn't come out. It wasn't until they paid that they said they were making it and then went to the kitchen to look for food to bring out. The billing sign is wrong up and down. After the customer points out the mistake, they don't know how to make another sign, but overwrites the old plus and minus sign, no different from a roadside restaurant. Customers cannot pay by credit card because they have written over the issued bill. After counting the bill, I even forgot to give the guests change. Overall, the last night of experience in Muong Thanh Dien Lam was the worst experience in my traveling life up to this point.

My family and I came to relax at the hotel in the fall, the air was very fresh, the staff here were very enthusiastic, and the food was delicious. Our children like going to the zoo and the Amusement Park the most. We will definitely come back

My family and I had a fun day coming here. There are many games for the children, a large and cool zoo, an amusement park, a water park, and a variety of food services. The staff are enthusiastic, happy and obedient. There will be a time when I will come back and introduce my friends here

I think the quality of the hotels in Muong Thanh's hotel chain is quite ok. In here we have. The swimming pool next to the hotel is quite spacious and relaxing. The campus is so large that one day cannot fully experience it. The zoo is too stable for our children to experience

Only 2 words "Excellent" for the Hotel service here. There are so many places to play on campus, a zoo, and full dining options. Business friends supported us very enthusiastically during our stay and experience. Will definitely come back
