Very late check-in and check-out also too late, need to wait in the lobby for a long time

No slipper, amenities such as bath soap, shampoo , conditioner, bottle water, coffee and tea are very minimal and very limited. Towels are old . Carpets are old. Doors are broken. Bidet are leaking. Tables are corrosive .
