It was a good place to stay. The deluxe room had a bathtub and that’s really nice to be able to relax especially with the cold weather outside.

The accommodation is clean and spacious, which is nice. The TV was big and the coffee beans were free and nice. However, there was no soundproofing and there was a lot of cigarette smell, so the air was very bad. The windows were small and ventilation was poor, making it uncomfortable. It's a shame that I don't have the manners to go out and smoke a cigarette.

I really liked the location and the spacious room.

I booked a night of work at Dongducheon City Hall, but basically I couldn't sleep because the smell of smoke was too strong. The cleanliness of the bedding (hair tangled in the bedding) is also poor, and the toilet is in abnormal condition. Although I booked a non-smoking room, there is actually no non-smoking room. Because of the smell of cigarettes, I opened the window to ventilate, but the smell like the smell of sewage came out, which was very painful. Next time I travel on business, I would rather book a hotel in Yangzhou. I intend to lodge a complaint with the Dongducheon City Government and the consumer protection agency as soon as possible. Because the condition of the room is different from the original reservation.

There wasn't a control for the AC, so no AC all night. It may have been fine if there was a fan. Poor quality linens. No wash cloths, only one towel and it was a "family" room.
