He later said that he checked in for us after checking that it was canceled, and then asked for a deposit of 1,500 yuan. I didn't want to pay the deposit and wanted to keep more money with me. I asked if I could lock all the charged items in the room, and the front desk said no. Just ask us to pay 1,000 yuan. Other hotels don’t charge a deposit, but this hotel should be more flexible. The rooms are all arranged on the same floor. The rooms are large and the lighting is dim. The location is very convenient, there is a big shopping mall in about 15 minutes' walk. I went to the 4th floor to have my feet massaged in the evening, which was very convenient. Hearing KTV music in the room may not be suitable for families with children. We had tea in a restaurant the next day, which was not bad. I went to the front desk and asked if one of the rooms could be checked out at 3 o'clock. He said that he couldn't but that he could check out at 6 o'clock for a fee. Although the location of the hotel is very good, the service really needs to be improved. I will stay in other hotels next time.

I chose to stay at the Rhine Hotel to drink morning tea and talk about the past when I was young. The hotel is grand, the environment is good, the rooms are large, the waiters are polite and thoughtful, and the morning tea dishes are rich. Many people chat with family and friends, taste food and enjoy life!

The hotel is too old and the equipment is poor. The food downstairs is not bad.

The front desk service attitude is good, the room is clean and spacious, and the outdoors is quiet at night. It is highly recommended.
