真心話。以前好。現在真心不好。這次住了三四天。第一天空調不制暖。我問了前台。台給的回覆是不太制暖。我也就沒説什麼。後來我我發現空調沒感覺。那時候我還沒發現壞的。最後一天我換了個房才反應過來壞的。氣死了。被前台話誤解了以為這個季節是這樣。
説衞生。以前真心不錯。現在真不行。頭髮床單被罩都有臟的。更奇葩是。還搞補丁。我還問了打掃衞生的。他們酒店還説我沒説。最後一天竟然好幾個補丁那個床單。我醉了。都這樣了。老闆也不換掉嗎？服了。
還有我沒給過他們差評他們家至少住了累計一個月有。全是好評。可是啊將心比心每次去也並沒有説給老顧客點優待比如升級房？延時退房我。沒有給我升過。我都無語了？一別人家都會。反正真心不咋滴了。

講個心裡話，做了很多次，他們家的好評基本上都是我貢獻的，我至少累積起來住了一個月。可是我沒有想到他們對於老客户，也並沒有更多的優惠和便捷。像別的店裡面如果説住久了，多多少少會給你延遲一下時間或者升級一下房型，這都是常事可我在他們家住了很多次，有好幾次我都故意點那個以前住的都是解壓房後來我做了好幾次那個最普通的，他們從未給我升過級，就連最後那一天我也特意點了一個，他也沒説申請，他也不是沒有房型，他有很多那個解壓房。我不理解為什麼這個樣子這樣子真的很讓人不想再去了一開始我心裏有點不舒服，但我也沒有計較，但後來我覺得完全太過了，就反正我是不會再去了。有時候他們的衞生一開始真的很好，但是現在就這幾天住的真的不好，這幾天之前住的兩個房間空調不行根本他空調一晚上我不停的開了關，它不停的顯示那個英文字母，我都服了然後昨天我住的那個房間也更誇張我打開製冷他一點都不冷熱死了。沒有他那個床上以前我都沒有看到過，現在我發現全都是補丁，還有臟，我都不要，我不理解為什麼變成這個樣子，以前住的很好的
