酒店在寮步鎮，離東城萬達不遠，往北可去茶山南社古村落，往南可去松山湖。酒店裝潢較新，房間設施明亮舒適，用具齊全。周邊有許多餐館，提供多種選擇。前台服務員，熱心即時處理問題。

酒店裡面有讓機器人送房間裏面還有小度可以呼叫到前台小姐姐，他們很不錯，房間寧靜、舒適。入住體驗一流，下次一定會再次入住！不用考慮其他酒店，有洗衣房，還有熨燙機。以後出差也可以常來住了。

● 客房設施比較齊全，從基本的電器設備到貼心的小物件如免費的瓶裝水、咖啡和茶包等都一應俱全，而且電器設備運行良好，沒有出現任何故障。
服務方面
● 酒店的工作人員態度極其熱情友好。從辦理入住手續開始，前台人員就高效且禮貌地為我服務，詳細地介紹了酒店的各項設施和周邊的環境訊息。在入住期間，每次在走廊或者大堂遇到工作人員，他們都會主動打招呼，讓人感覺格外親切。
● 對於客人的需求響應非常迅速。我曾打電話到前台要求多送一套洗漱用品，不到 5 分鐘就有服務人員送到房間，這種高效的服務令人滿意。
餐飲方面
● 酒店餐廳的早餐豐富多樣，既有中式的粥、包子、油條等傳統美食，也有西式的麪包、煎蛋、培根等選擇，水果和飲品也十分新鮮，能滿足不同客人的口味需求。
