Hotels in Yinxian Mountain Resort, Dongguan

I got an outstanding deal from trip.com. The room is spacious with a balcony. I enjoyed looking out to the beautiful sky. The room is well cleaned and stocked with all the necessities everyday. There are many selections from the buffet breakfast and lunch. This hotel is closed to many restaurants and shops. All and all, i will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I am a Western businessman who visits Changping regularly but usually stayed farther away in Dongguan. After reading many reviews, I decided to pick the Fairfield Marriott—and am I glad that I did. Not only was it super close to the company that I was visiting, but the hotel was clean and incredibly well maintained, and equally important to me was the outstanding (and incredibly reasonably priced) breakfast. It had everything I wanted and was on par with much more expensive hotels, especially for a Western palate. I was told by a Chinese colleague that this was also true for the Chinese breakfast selection. If you are a Western traveler looking for an outstanding choice in Changping, the Fairfield Marriott should be your go-to choice, hands down! No need to stay further away for a top notch hotel!

The location and service are good, but the facilities are old. The refrigerator in the room was broken and wouldn't turn on. The breakfast menu also seems to have fewer items compared to before.

Valued hotel with excellent location. Easy to go everywhere from hotel. The room is big and room cleaning service is very nice. They provide fruits every day. Front staffs are all nice friendly and helpful. Worth to stay compared with its price.

2nd visit in this month. Wifi in room has been improved but still not working as fast as desired. Amazingly, the antique hairdryer which was introduced in the 90's was removed. The wall mounted hair dryer was useless and with a terrible design. Neither the temperature nor the power of air is capable of drying hair in a reasonable time. Not to mention person with long hair needs to stand in the bathroom for a long period of time. A normal hair dryer is available now, please see the attached photo, which is a much better device to use. Moreover, the toilet seat could not be rest upright so I was not able to piss without holding it. I notified the front desk the I went to lunch. After an hour, the issue was not resolved so I called the front desk and guess what, the engineering department did not go into the room just because of the electrical DND was lighted( not done by me). There was an operation error in the entire event. I am impressed that the staff respecte2d the DND policy but he could have called the front desk and asked the front desk to call the room to verify if it was a real DND situation. Bear in mind that it was a request to fix an issue so it didn't make sense the room had a DND situation. It would be nice if the staff be more proactive in this case then I would not have to wait for them after returning from lunch. I am sure the staff need to be trained more in matters like this to avoid unnecessary mistakes. Other than that, the stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

The room facilities were excellent, and the front desk service was superb. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and snack packs available at the self-service area. The overall environment was very pleasant, and the service was truly attentive. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel for my next stay.

This Jintai Hotel is really good! The geographical location is superior and the surrounding transportation is super convenient. There is Tianhong Shopping Mall next to it, and it is only ten minutes' walk to Changping South Station. It is very convenient and the environment next to it is elegant and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with functional rooms, laundry, fitness, and entertainment facilities. The waiters are warm, thoughtful and attentive. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall great value for money, highly recommended to everyone!

The receptionist at the front desk had a good service attitude. We upgraded our room for free. The room was large and clean.

The hotel is a bit old and the facilities are a bit old. The reception was nice. I have said what needs to be said. Those who need to be reminded have been reminded. The average consumption per person is only a hundred yuan and there is nothing much to choose from. The price-performance ratio is relatively high. It seems that there is some unusual noise coming from the return air vent of the 1007 air conditioner, so it can be repaired.
