別墅風格很時尚，設施齊全，距離沙灘步行2分鐘就到了.房東很熱情，還配了貼心管家.還發了很多攻略.可以自己做飯調料很多，院子很大.有游泳池.還可以燒烤.房間衞生乾淨，晚上附近吃宵夜也方便，很多排檔.推薦推薦

太坑了，需要繳納按金，商家從來沒有説明，到了之後要求現場轉按金，讓人莫名其妙。這就算了，更坑的是，樂希海景別墅位置在金鑾灣，但是精緻五房卻在馬鑾灣，也沒有提前説明，我是衝著金鑾灣去的，卻在不知情的情況下住在了馬鑾灣！再説説房子吧，周邊全是新的別墅，4304是樣板房，樓上3個房間，地下室兩個房間，地下室的房間我們都不敢住，非常悶，並且陰氣沉沉。房間有幾個窗户卡扣都是壞的，有安全隱患，四樓的房間下水道也是堵的。洗個澡積一地的水！
