This is the first time I really want to comment. It was my first time to stay in this hotel. When I got my room card and went to the room, it was not cleaned. After changing the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke when I opened the door. I then moved to a third room before I could check in. The door to the second room was left open, and when we left the next day, it still smelled like cigarette smoke. But I think these little episodes don’t count. The worst thing is the service. As soon as we entered the door, the man who didn't know if he was a security guard or something, told us to move the car away with a bad attitude. In fact, his tone could be gentler, after all, he is a service person. When we changed rooms later, it was him again and asked us which room we wanted to change to and what was wrong with the room. I don't know what's wrong with the room. Why did you bring the card? Do we want to change this? Isn’t there something wrong with their hygiene? And there was not a single word of apology throughout the entire process. Is this the attitude you should have when working in the service industry? Still a three-star hotel. Worse than no stars. I don’t know about service attitude. Does the guest’s feelings come first? The picture is of the first room that has not been tidied up, and it also smells of cigarette smoke. Finally, I have to praise the chubby lady at the front desk for her very good attitude. But the attitude of others is really disgusting🤢!

After visiting Detian Waterfall, a group of six of us wanted to stay in Dongxing and experience the Vietnamese style. In the evening, we first went to Wanwei Golden Beach. The beach here is not as good as our sandy beach on Hailing Island in Yangjiang, but the scenery is also good. After having a seafood dinner, we returned to the Dongxing Lishang Hotel where we booked to stay. This room was recommended by a local classmate who said it was relatively new and quiet, and the environment was good. After we settled in, the room was nice, the price was good, and there was also laundry service. The next day it rained heavily and I walked around a bit in the rain and bought some specialties. Because only two friends got temporary passports and went shopping in Mong Cai, the rest of us went back to the hotel to rest while they were coming back. We didn't check out until nearly four o'clock, and the hotel only charged a late checkout fee of 20 yuan per room.
