很多，到了要投訴的地步。
1. 一到酒店被告知訂的行政房型沒了，給我的房間的床比攜程頁面上寫的要小，被迫換了一個棋牌房，房間裏有煙味。
2. 房間裏沒有牙刷牙膏，叫前台送了半小時沒人來。
3. 花灑是壞的，前台叫修理工來，等了半小時才修好。
4. 第二天下午在我聯繫下，才説可以換房間到我訂的房型，但是此時房間還沒有打掃過，也沒有服務員主動來幫我搬東西，遂作罷。
5. 其他的小問題很多，比如沒有房間裏沒有肥皂，一來就打給前台索要，直到2天後都沒給我；第二天阿姨沒給房間補瓶裝水；衞生間的一個燈是壞的；淋浴房膠條是壞的，洗完澡外面都是水；沒有防滑墊，也沒有塑料拖的鞋。
節假日酒店人手不夠，漲價倒是沒忘，強烈不推薦該酒店。

房間沒有央視和地方電視台，浙江新聞都無法看，還以為到了外國，不在中國的酒店了！
反覆找前台，説明看直播電視是基本要求，前台才説“幫升級到商務雙床房”！哪知道比我付款的豪華雙床房差很多，房費也便宜了15%，明明是降級了卻説升級了，真**。
