"The hotel room was comfortable, and the entire check-in process was super quick. Seeing us with all our bags, a staff member (Xiao Z) proactively helped us with our luggage, and their attitude was incredibly warm and thoughtful. There are 8 large washer-dryers on the first floor, which saved me so much hassle. The laundry detergent also smelled great – it was incredibly convenient for me, especially traveling with kids who get their clothes dirty so fast. Washing and drying everything in just over an hour was a lifesaver! When I didn't pick up my clothes in time, the staff had already washed, dried, and folded them for me [thumbs up]. The water pressure in the room's shower was also very strong – showering was amazing! Staying here, it's super easy to get to the scenic spots. Qinwang Palace and Qingming Cultural Park are just a short walk away. We played for two days and still felt like we hadn't seen enough of the attractions. Next time I come back to explore the parts we missed, I will definitely choose to stay at the Crystal Hotel again. The kids had a blast, and I did too! Highly recommend!"

"When you come to Hengdian to play, you can rush to this newly opened Atour, the location is too great! The window of the room directly looks at the Qin Palace. You can see the ancient building when you open the curtains. The atmosphere is full. You can walk to the scenic spot. It is especially convenient to go back to the hotel after shopping, saving the trouble of taking a taxi back and forth. The overall decoration is simple and modern. The water view design in the lobby is very textured. There is also a quiet book bar in the public area. It has a sense of design and is also very popular. The space is spacious enough. At the same time, you can sit down and rest when you are tired. The lady in the lobby said that lemon ice black tea is homemade. Really very, very delicious, tired to come back for a drink is really cool. Breakfast really exceeded expectations! The category is very rich, hot dishes, fruits, noodles are all available, health freshly ground soy milk, bean curd, fresh ingredients, eat and drink enough before setting off to visit the scenic spot, full of vitality. The supporting facilities are also very complete, the gym equipment is complete, there is a self-service laundry room, washing machine dryer, travel to wash clothes is particularly worry-free, too friendly for people who come out to play for several days. The room is spacious and bright, the space is large, the bedding is comfortable and sleepy, the sound insulation effect is good, and the rest is very stable at night. "When visiting Hengdian, hotel prices near the scenic area are relatively high, so I chose to stay in Dongyang city center. It's about a 30-minute drive to Hengdian, making it very cost-effective. There's a parking lot outside the hotel with about 10-20 spaces, which is convenient for those driving. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was efficient; I had originally booked two adjacent rooms, but they weren't fully cleaned when I arrived in the afternoon. The front desk registered the room numbers and told me to check in later that evening. When I returned that evening, the original rooms had been reassigned, and the hotel proactively upgraded our room free of charge. Their service was excellent, and overall, I was satisfied with the experience."

As a select-service mid-range business hotel under Marriott, I never expected it to deliver such a 'luxury resort vibe' 🏖️. My friends on social media thought I was abroad! The entire hotel feels like a complete fairytale world. The room decor is standard Marriott business minimalist, which is quite appealing. A supervisor providing such poor service! I hope they improve!"
