We chose this hotel for our trip to the Wood Carving City, primarily because of its proximity and high online ratings. The front desk staff member was incredibly warm and helpful. She was remarkably patient and proactive when we encountered an issue with our license plate upon exiting the parking lot, even standing out in the scorching sun to help us resolve it. While the room felt a little dated, it still offered great value for money at this price point.
