Nice hotel with plenty of free parking. Garage parking cost 10€/night. Friendly and nice front staff. The road bit busy in the morning and evening.

Budget friendly hotel, room was nice. Aircon was loud and didn’t do an awful lot, Bathroom was the best. Bed very comfortable however the bedroom itself wasn’t exactly spacious! Be prepared, no wardrobe or draws of any kind just a rail for hangers. No safe either, bottle of water supplied but room was that disgustingly warm it was warm as there wasn’t a fridge. Well worth the stay if visiting football game and it’s a good price! It’s literally on the public tram (seems to be free as no ticket barriers) Parking is very very sparse however street parking was safe and didn’t receive a fine to the side of the hotel. Check in was easy. Can’t comment on breakfast as wasn’t going to pay €15 each for a continental breakfast which was very very small selection. Rate the hotel if you can get it cheap as it’s very good location and quie!

We stayed 2 nights as part of a package to see Borussia Dortmund play. The hotel is well outside the city centre however it is conveniently located across the road from a light railway station that had a regular service to the city centre, taking approximately 15 minutes. Staff where friendly and helpful at check in and helped us to move room when we were booked into a double instead of a twin room. Unfortunately the air conditioning problem mentioned in a previous review still persists and we got hot air when we put it on, no matter setting we used. We reverted to the old fashioned method of cooling the room and opened the window. Unfortunately the breakfast in the hotel was very poor, no cereal suitable for children or bread for tasting. Although staff were generally helpful and friendly with such a poor breakfast offering we wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We went here for a scale modeling exhibition with 14 friends. The staff is helpful and friendly, but the intake took forever. The intake is digital and the tablet isn’t reacting very well. The hotel is near a very busy road with heavy traffic all day long. Half the rooms are road side, but even at the back of the hotel you can hear the road quit well. No problem, you can shut the window? Yes, you can. But the airco is blowing hot air instead of cold air and you will end up in a room of 27-30 degrees Celsius. We have complained at least 7 times with different people at different moments and the staff is telling housekeeping will solve the problem, but after 3 nights of the 5 the problem is still alive. This is why it’s only 2 stars. A problem can be arise, but when you ignore your customers you don’t deserve a hotel.
