Very bad service Front desk, very expensive for the nothing amenities very loud music all night because there were two wedding parties in both buildings.
Also the breakfast was very poor for the price and for a 4star hotel.
We were three persons and the towels were for two persons and only two shampoo NOTHING MORE.

Good nice hotel, people are great and polite, but the structure would requests a refresh. Rooms are spacious and with balcony. WiFi can saltuarely interrupt. May I suggest to improve breakfast experience?

Do not visit this bad hotel; it’s not a 4 star hotel We stayed on this hotel 5 nights with my family. The good points: -There was no god things Really bad points: -Breakfast was horrible. It was served until 10;00am which is good but we got there at 9:30am and there was nothing left!!! There was 1 man working who was not friendly at all. He never refilled anything that was missing and when asked for Greek coffee was told it's Extra!!!!??? 4 star hotel in GREECE and Greek coffee is extra. - The gym was dirty and the machines was broken. - The entire hotel need a renovation. The pool area is in a bad condition (broken tiles and bad water quality in the pool). - Apparently this hotel Is a wedding hotel. There is no information about this on the internet. 3 out of 5 nights vi didn’t get some sleep before 2:30am. The management of this hotel I terrible.

If you are looking for a place to rest and have a quiet night than this is not the place. It is a wedding venue with loooooud music from 6pm-3am. We had a room in the first floor just accross the dj and disco lights, we asked for another room but they were full. My 2 year old was exausted for sleep and it was 2 am we had nowhere to go with a kid...a nightmare...and staf is rude, failing at basic communication skills.

Θα ξαναπήγαινα σίγουρα!Ξεκάθαρα value for money επιλογή! Φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό,ικανοποιητικό πρωινό,δυνατότητα για late check out, άνετο πάρκινγκ,ήσυχα και ευρύχωρα δωμάτια,ελεύθερο και γρήγορο ίντερνετ σε όλους τους χώρους του ξενοδοχειου! Τι άλλο να ζητήσει κανείς;

Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα 4*. Το πρωινό ανεπαρκές για τον κόσμο που φιλοξενουνταν, υπηρχε τεταστιος συνωστισμός στον μπουφε. Τα τραπεζια δε επαρκουσαν, δεν υπηρχαν σερβίτσια για να σερβιριστουμε κ η ανατροφοδοτηση του μπουφε ανυπαρκτη. Τα δωματια παλια με μοκετα, χρήζουν αμεσης ανακαινισης.

Απαράδεκτη εμπειρία από δεξίωση γάμου. Πρώτη φορά επισκέφθηκα την πόλη και το ξενοδοχείο και σίγουρα τελευταία για το ξενοδοχείο. Δεν το προτείνω γιατί η εξυπηρέτηση και ο αντιεπαγγελματισμος των υπευθύνων ήταν πρωτοφανής!

Ταξιδέψαμε 620 χιλιόμετρα από την Πάτρα για να παραβρεθούμε στο γάμο παιδικών μας φίλων και δυστυχώς προς μεγάλη μας έκπληξη η εμπειρία μας από την δεξίωση που έγινε στο χώρο αυτό ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτη. Το μενού που είχε συμφωνήσει το ζευγάρι και ήμασταν κι εμείς σαν καλεσμένοι γνώστες δεν διατέθηκε σωστά στους καλεσμένους, η μουσική έκλεισε στις 3 π.μ. με πρωτοβουλία του διοργανωτή της δεξίωσης....Λυπούμαστε που βρεθήκαμε σε αυτόν τον χώρο και αντιμέτωποι με τόσο αντιεπαγγελματίες. Δεν είχαμε επισκεφθεί πάλι τη Δράμα και είναι λυπηρό να κάνει κάποιος τόσα χιλιόμετρα ( επισημαίνω ότι είμαι και εγκυμονούσα) για έναν τόσο ευχάριστο λόγο και να καταστρέφεται κι η δική μας επίσκεψη και αλλά και η μέρα των νεονύμφων που σίγουρα ήθελαν να μας ευχαριστήσουν που βρεθήκαμε εκεί λόγω κάποιων αντιεπαγγελματιών. Καλό θα ήταν να μην αναλαμβάνετε τέτοιου είδους εκδηλώσεις! Δεν το συστήνω!
