Clean and tidy
Very clean and tidy room. Staff welcoming. Rooms on the smallish side. Very convenient for the city. Had difficulty finding the car park which is not signposted from the road.

The manager of the hotel is sreaming at the guests, extremelly unpolite! This was a totaly stressful experience i would never reccomend to anyone to experience, the manger is very rude, unpolite, hospitality level beloe zero

Very nice
Nicer than I expected! Great bar on site with food as well. I got breakfast there rather than getting the buffet. A 5-minute walk to the Neustadt train station. The wifi and AC were both excellent.

We chose this property for a two night stay in Dresden because it was within walking distance of all the major sights and had a parking garage. The staff were friendly but checkin took a long time. This seems to be a common issue at Motel Ones as we had the same issue at the Berlin-Alexanderplatz. The room and restaurant were bright and clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food. Decaffeinated coffer was availble but only as instant - disappointing. Nevertheless, I would stay again.

Wie schon öfters logierten wir in einem Motel One. Das Zimmer sauber und funktionell. Eher klein aber sehr preiswert. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abends an der Bar gibt es originelle Getränke.
