I've been staying at this hotel for 6 or 7 days, but today I changed rooms. While waiting for my room, the receptionist made me wait for my new room for a very long time. I waited for 3 hours, from checkout at 12:00 until 3:30 PM, when others checked in without waiting. I've been staying here for several days, waiting for a new monthly room to become available outside. I was planning to stay another 2 weeks, but they changed rooms and made me wait for a very long time. I'm very dissatisfied. Today, the receptionist was very slow, making me wait for my room. I'm very upset today. They didn't take care of me at all. The hotel shouldn't have made me wait until 3:30 PM, which is a very long time. They should improve this. Because I'm a previous guest, the service should be better. I shouldn't have been made to wait for 3 hours because I've stayed at this hotel for many days, but the receptionist doesn't care at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything about it felt special, from the warm welcome at check-in to the excellent services provided throughout my stay. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The facilities were well-maintained, and the ambiance was both elegant and relaxing.
