While it's true that there isn't a metro stop nearby, the bus connects easily to the metro, making it simple to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Dubai. The staff's warm hospitality and the hotel's amenities make it an excellent choice. Just be aware of the metro situation, but trust me, it's not a deal-breaker! *Pros:* Cleanliness, spacious rooms, great customer service *Cons:* No metro stop nearby (but bus connectivity is available)

Receptions are very tough they should improve speaking and dealing with clients, restaurants people very friendly specially the team leader from Philippines .

The hotel is a bit nice but the problem is that there are a lot of foreign tourists so there is some noise in the hotel besides the first room I took was two rooms with the same door there was some noise we were moved to another room but we are a bit happy.

If you can accept quite loud music at the hotel pool and can sleep under the noise, this hotel is recommendable to you. Even I complained to the front desk, it continued to the late night after 11 PM. It came from right under your room window… It offers relatively reasonable price, but it is a bit far from the center of the city.

As per other Alofts, the hotel is very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. very convenient for people doing business in Dubai Production City, Internet City and Jebal Ali.
