Amazing experience with great customer service from all staff we interacted with. Location of the hotel is right in the heart of all the action. No regrets!

The location is excellent. The alley is decorated very warmly. Many tourists come in to take pictures. Next door is a group of several restaurants in El National, a popular alley. The triple room is very comfortable. My parents and I have relatively independent spaces and do not disturb each other. There is a shared lounge on the E floor. There are donuts in the morning, coffee all day, and happy hour from 7 to 8 in the evening. It is very comfortable. Recommended!

The entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to find, it is in the alley next to "FIVE GUYS". The lobby is not big either. Next to the front desk are three plates of things that look like sweet-scented osmanthus cakes, but they are actually soaps😅. The elevator goes to the "E" floor first, and then changes to the elevator to go to your own floor. The room is not small and has a capsule coffee machine, bathrobe, disposable slippers, etc. There is also a small pool on the independent terrace, where you can take a dip in the summer. It's quite quiet, and it's the most comfortable hotel we've stayed in these days. Just outside the door is Thanksgiving Street, which is very convenient for shopping.

The location is very good, very close to the attractions! The service is also thoughtful.

It's quite good, the service is attentive, the small garden is also nice, there is free coffee and snacks, the lady at the front desk is friendly, and the luggage is stored for free. The bar next to it is very lively at night!

Fantastic location, just minutes from the famous Casas Lleo Morera, Battlo, Amatller, & Mila. Shopping. Food. And very central.

Not satisfied at all, the room was not clean had bugs on the floor. The manager wrote me a cynical letter after my stay about my complain, kind of rude, too. I feel frustrated and fooled for this stay as it was quite expensive for the stay. Not recommending.

If I go back to Barcelona I won't think of any other places to go but I will book here again. One thing, they don't have a refrigerator in the room but I was ok with it. I usually drink room-temperature drinks.

We spent 2 nights in Barcelona. This very cute boutique hotel was within walkable distance to many of the sites, restaurants, and shopping. It was in a safe area and the staff was so kind and helpful!

Very nice boutique hotel with an excellent location. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Our room was spacious, nice design. We had a great time thru-out our stay. Everyday complimentary happy hour was nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable room in a nice quiet hotel right next to El Nacional restaurants. But at the same time, just a few steps away from Pg. de Gracia …..so a perfect location for exploring the city and an easy journey to the airport via the Metro. Our only suggestions for improvements would be to put a fridge in the room and to provide some hooks for hanging up the damp bath towels to dry.

Stayed two nights at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is middle of everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoying my stay.
