This hotel truly offers an incredible experience. From the breathtaking views and stunning pool to the friendly and attentive staff, everything was perfect. Thanks to this, my trip became even more memorable. If I come to Dubai again, I definitely plan to stay here again.

Very excellent hotel, worth every dirham, very clean, very comfortable, the infinity pool is the best, the personnel are very polite and helping, they solve everything and always available, the rooms have a balcony, and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast have a wide varieties of food, the foods quality is very high.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. The location was perfect — close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, modern, and had an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options each morning. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

Why this addrrss hotel chain is always the worse in terms of service? Requested for a late check out due to midnight flight and we were kicked out at 12 pm despite the low,occupency.

This was a good hotel. The breakfast buffet was expensive and severely lacking. Not worth it for what you get. Also, there were communication issues with some members of the staff unable to speak hardly any English at all. My room had a slight musty smell to it, but otherwise clean. There was a hiccup during check in as well, but otherwise the staff tried hard to provide excellent service. The elevators took forever so just be aware of that.
