I would’ve ideally rated this hotel 4/5. Room is spacious and staff are very friendly but parking is horrendous, it’s a nightmare really. There are possibly 20 parking spots in total in basement and around 10 outdoors (uncovered). 50% of both are reserved. People are parked randomly in the middle of the way because there’s no other option. This is a joke to be honest. Also i dont see how a 4 star hotel doesnt have sauna and steam. I really think management need to do something about these 2 points.

We arrived at the hotel several hours before the check-in time, and they were so nice and welcoming and gave us the only available room at that time.
There's a woman salon at the facility, excellent service, and helpful staff

The hotel is clean but far from the city, the hotel is under maintenance, the breakfast is not varied, swimming pool is good for 3 to 4 people is too small.
