I really liked the hotel. However, it's the personnel who truly create its wonderful atmosphere. The staff are really nice, and I'm grateful for the comfort they provided during my short business trip. The location is comfortable and central. I agree with other travelers that, despite its many advantages, the hotel could use a refresh as it's starting to show its age. The breakfasts were tasty, and the bar offered a diverse selection of dishes and snacks. As a coffee lover, I must admit the coffee is some of the best I've had in Dubai.

I was quite satisfied with my stay. The Armani Hotel exudes understated luxury, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Dining within the hotel was very convenient. The highlight was having the swimming pool practically to ourselves in the evenings. Plus, it offers direct access to the Dubai Mall. My only small gripe is that access to the top-floor observatory isn't included and requires a separate ticket.

Great location, right next to the Burj Khalifa. It's a shame the fountain was undergoing renovation recently, so we couldn't see the show. The hotel has direct access to Dubai Mall, which was a real lifesaver during the scorching summer.
