還可以，早餐稍微有點單調，周圍是辦公區，沒什麼吃飯的地方，出門需要打車，環境還可以，前台小黑哥非常熱情

I usually utilize this property when I travel to Columbus for business. They are usually pretty okay and I have no issues. However after my last stay, I may not be visiting here again. I had to move rooms because the cleanliness of the first room I received was poor. I pulled the covers back from the bed and uncovered a medium sized ball of hairs. I'm not sure how anyone made the bed and did not see this as they were making it. The pillows were dirty and stained as well. I moved into another room after that and that room had a stink bug in it. I am truly disappointed with Doubletree and i wont be staying at this location again.

Nobody was at the reception when we arrived and we had to wait for 5 minutes to check in. The property is clean and nice but it seemed understaffed.

Hotel had no hot water upon arrival, I requested a crib & they said they were all out. Finally at 11 pm the power in my room went out & wasn't restored until the following morning, while I had my 11 year old, 4 year old & 13 month old with me. Asked to switch rooms & was told the hotel was at capacity.

The hotel was very clean. The room was clean and quiet. A great bathroom and a huge tv very easy to use. I would definitely recommend it

Anything nice I would say is negated by the fact that we were awaken at 6am by a fire alarm in the hallway. It went off for at least 20 minutes. I called the front desk & was assured it was a false alarm. Just when I finally fell back asleep the fire alarm in our room went off at 7am. Once again called the front desk & could barely hear, but was told false alarm. We didn’t check in until 10 pm & had to drive 8 hrs today. It was unacceptable to experience this. My son & I just got up at 7:15, got dressed and left while the alarm was still on. When we stepped on the elevator it shut off. I did not receive an apology or any type of courtesy discount etc. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Good facility overall, staff was great, but there are no microwaves in the rooms, and the Internet was very slow even with their Wi-Fi.

The breakfast bar was not worth the cost of $17 per person. It reminded me of free breakfasts offered by other hotels I’ve stayed at. The fruit was not fresh, the eggs tasted like they were reconstituted from a powder. Ordinary small muffins.
