Love the enviroment of the hotel. The staff is very helpful, and friendly. They help us to return our left item in the room via courier. There is a wonderful jacuzzi tub in our room. We had had very amazing stayed at Urcove by Hyatt hotel 🥰

Really nice stay! The hotel staff was super friendly. The room was super nice. It was clean and modern. We got upgraded to a room with a hot tub on the patio. So wonderful experience overall.

It was a great stay! We enjoyed the hot spring both outdoor and indoor. Although the breakfast was not as good as I anticipated (especially coffee), I liked this hotel overall! The coffee and tea in the room were actually nice! I recommend this hotel for a perfect weekend getaway from Chengdu.

Access: A few minutes walk from Qingcheng Mountain Station, right in front of the tram stop to Qingcheng Mountain, very convenient
Hot spring: To be honest, I was a little worried about just hot water, but it was a good hot spring that warmed me up well.
Facilities: Modern and stylish. Dyson hair dryer, free minibar, welcome drink, etc. Recommended for women. The cleanliness was amazing.
Service: Everyone was kind and I had a comfortable stay. We communicated via WeChat, so there was no language problem and it was smooth.
Food: The breakfast buffet is also suitable for Japanese tastes. The chicken hot pot set I had for lunch was also very filling and delicious. The fried rice cakes that came out piping hot, and the dessert of black honey sauce was crispy and chewy even when it cooled down, and this was the best meal I had on this trip. They served me a free dessert in the evening, but it wasn't too sweet and I ate two bowls.

The environment and service are better than expected. I went out with friends to climb nearby mountains. I didn't enjoy climbing Qingcheng Mountain. Xiao Xu at the front desk recommended Zhaogong Mountain to us. It was so cool. We also saw the sunrise. When we came back, the hotel also prepared a bubble bath for us to relieve fatigue.
