Pier B Resort

Was a very nice room and a cozy vibe

Lots of interesting things to do near the property. Like a sauna beside the hotel with cold plunge pool or deck with chairs a hot tub outside with unbelievable views fire pits on the deck

Pros: - gorgeous property - harbor view rooms have a beautiful view - property has a high end appeal - Hot tub was busy, so we did not partake, but I love that it's outdoor. - super comfortable beds - very close to Amsoil Arena Cons: - bathroom had a sliding door, with gaps in which you can definitely see into the bathroom. Not a big deal for us, but might be something for others to keep in mind. - toilet paper was equivalent to what you would find at a sketchy gas station in the middle of nowhere - wall heating unit made an annoying, intermittent high pitched buzzing which kept me awake. This was NOT normal. If it wasn't intermittent, it would have been fine (I think). We couldn't keep the heat off bc it was minus teens with windchill outside. - complained to front desk staff the next day about the noise which kept me up, and was offered breakfast vouchers but we already had plans for brunch with family (which is why we were in town). They said they would talk to a manager about knocking some of the cost of the room, but they didn't knock off a cent. Overall, I cannot believe I paid ＞ $300 for a "high end" room at a "high end" property with a wall heating unit that would be better suited for a Super 8 motel. Very surprised the management didn't take some of the cost of the room off, as I was completely exhausted the next day bc typically I sleep like a champ, at home and pretty much anywhere. Do better, Pier B Resort!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the shuttle was quick to respond. The 1 thing I would not recommend is the restaurant. They got my order wrong 3 times. I finally got frustrated and walked down there and showed them what they kept getting wrong. They said they would fix it and when I checked it, it was still wrong. The hotel I would definitely recommend but the restaurant, not so much.

Staff at the restaurant wasn’t nice. For the price you pay to stay here you should have excellent service and food.

The staff were amazing. Our room was not cleaned very well though. There was a Bobby pin with hair on it in the shower and a few surfaces that were so dusty, we ended up cleaning them. Definitely not a bad stay, just would have felt more comfortable in our room if we knew it had been cleaned well because when a few things are visibly dirty, you wonder what was skipped that isn’t easily seen.

Pier B is the best place to stay to visit Bentleyville! We enjoyed dinner at Silos overlooking the lights, then rode their decorated tractor train to go over there. Walked back because it was so close. Our room was very comfortable and clean.
