I bought a game by mistake at ps5, and the landlord is also very generous and said it was fine. Every day, the room is cleaned by an aunt. 💡 [Small surprise for me by the homestay] The room has a faint fragrance, very advanced 📍 [For the convenience of the surroundings, I want to say] It is very convenient to go anywhere, 15 minutes to the airport, ten minutes to Mogao Grottoes, many supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants around 🛏 [Housing facilities I must mention] Mahjong machine, singing, ps5. The whole house is smart, I want to turn off the lights and call Xiao Ai directly haha

Choosing this Four-Diamond hotel for a trip to Dunhuang was a real smart decision! The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the bustling night market, making it incredibly convenient for evening dining and shopping. There's a dazzling array of local delicacies and handicrafts on display. It's also within easy walking distance of the museum, allowing you to immerse yourself in Dunhuang's rich history and culture. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful! Check-in was quick and efficient, and they enthusiastically offered tips for nearby attractions. The local restaurants they recommended were fantastic, and I didn't disappoint at all. They were quick and responsive to any requests I had during my stay, making me feel incredibly caring. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. This was a truly wonderful stay. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Dunhuang again!

When I arrived, I have had some problems because my room was too noisy. The staff was unable to solve the problem but once 李远兴 (Manager Li) was informed, she immediately took care of the problem and changed me to a very nice room without any noise from outside. And the room is fantastic! Once again, I want to thank Manager Li for her great job! Because of the excellent way by which she solved the problem, I even stayed two more days in this hotel. So, I truly recommend this hotel. Thank you Manager Li!!

The hotel's service is simply amazing! First, I called to inquire about airport pickup, and the staff patiently and thoroughly answered my questions, instantly boosting my impression! Upon entering the hotel, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, even carrying my luggage to my room. At breakfast, every member of the restaurant staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. Although I was a little disappointed that my coffee was taken away (before I even took a sip), I was relieved by the staff's prompt reassurance and relocation. As always, mistakes are nothing to be ashamed of, as long as they're promptly corrected and addressed with care. At check-out, they even walked me to the curb and helped call a taxi. The service was impeccable from start to finish! This minor coffee incident doesn't detract from my full rating for this hotel!

Hotel is very nice. The location is close to the Shanzhou Night Market and it takes roughly 5-10 Minutes by walking there. In one of the side alleys are hidden gems, namely restaurants that do not appear on Google Maps or Apple Maps. I recommend to explore the surrounding area. Also the hotel is very clean in general, however my room has stains of previous travelers in the rug. I recommend to thoroughly clean it professionally. The staff were excellent and super friendly. Check In was very easy as foreigner and the overall service was very good.

Highly recommend! This hotel offers airport or railway station pickup free service. The hotel location is excellent and not so far for Mogaocave, the dunhuang night market, Mingsha Mountains.. The hotel room is super clean, wide, and has comfy.beds. Also, the hotel provided everything necessary Especially the hotel staff are very friendly and responsible for guests. We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days and the staff always helped us for traveling. They called a taxi for us to travel to tourist spots Even if they don't speak English , we communicate by translation application on the phone. They also bring us to pharmacy and supermarket. How they are wonderful and thankful. If we go there again, we will definitely stay there again. I traveled all over the world for 20 years, but I never met like the hotel and staff. Totally never forgetable hotel and staff. God bless forever! Thanks again!!!

This hotel is the best hotel accommodation experience for this tour. When checking in at the hotel, the front desk staff enthusiastically helped our family of four upgrade the room, watching our big bags and small bags of small items, and two young ladies helped us to send the luggage to the room, warm heart~~ relieve the long-distance work and fatigue; The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, and there is actually a humidifier~~ The most worth mentioning is that the pillows and mattresses are very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and has the characteristics of the northwest. We slept comfortably. We all feel that we eat well and sleep well. Very satisfied, We have a good memory for our trip to Dunhuang.

It was a completely unexpected state guesthouse-level experience. Since its construction in 1979, the hotel has received many dignitaries and VIPs as a state guesthouse. The murals in the lobby of the north building and the flying fairy in the lobby of the south building are definitely national treasures, and can be called the first cave of Mogao Grottoes. Although the rooms of the old four-star hotel are small and the equipment and facilities are a bit old, the hygiene is very good and the service is very considerate. The breakfast alone is 40 per person, which is a little expensive, but the quality is beyond reproach, especially the fried dough sticks, which are absolutely state banquet-level, and the beef noodles are the standard answer to Lanzhou beef noodles. In the off-season, you can enjoy the state guesthouse at a relatively low price, which is great value!

The boss and family are very good. The service is very warm. The store is also very clean. The bed is soft and the quilt is also light. The boss knows that we are going to the night market and sent us to the time. When we left, we also sent our two little girls, one toy, and came in and gave the fruit. The washed fruit was too much.
