My reservation explicitly included a room with air conditioning.The temperature was reaching 30°C and the air conditioning unit was entirely unresponsive. When I contacted reception to report the issue, I was informed that the problem originated from a central system malfunction and that they were unable to take any action to resolve it. This made for a very uncomfortable stay.

Great room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good selection of amenities provided, although the body lotion was missing.

Very near to the train station and a nice park just a stone throw away. Good for morning walk. Do buy your essentials stuff or food before u head back, if not there isn't any stores near the hotel

Location is quite far in the suburbs. Breakfast was way too crowded, with too little seats for the amount of people and lots of items running out (including coffee mugs). Carpet has many brown stains. Shampoo is out. The room is way smaller than the photo shows.

Room cleanliness really needs improvement. The carpets are noticeably dirty, which is quite unpleasant, and the daily cleaning service seems superficial rather than thorough.
At the restaurant, breakfast ends strictly at 10:00 a.m., and they remove absolutely everything at that time—so make sure to go down at least 15 minutes earlier to avoid missing it.
Parking at the hotel comes with an extra charge, but there is a nearby lot right next to the property where you can leave your car for free, which is a good alternative.

Great hotel, the location was nice as it is close to the main station. The staff was kind and the breakfast options were good.

Very new and clean. Location is ok, can walk to train station around 800 metre~15 minutes. I love the buffet breakfast, very variety. The staff at breakfast area very so diligent. The negative thing is the reception lady never smile to me, I prefer the man at reception always say Good morning to customer!
