From the moment I was checking in there was a problem. The front desk person said they would only accommodate me from 2 nights although I paid for 4 nights. She said the management would call ******* and they would probably have to move me to a new hotel. (Super inconvenient) she said they would call me to let me know. The next day I returned to the front office and the front desk person said that all was good with my reservation. I received a call the following day asking why my belongings were still in the room. (WTH) I had to leave the beach where I received the call to straighten things out at the resort. The manager accommodated us however it left a super bad impression on my stay in St. Croix. Never again will I stay at the resort and probably not come back to St. Croix.
