Just returned from spending a couple of nights at the excellent 17 Wilmington Square. It is a very well run upmarket B&B. The room was scrupulously clean and the breakfasts absolutely delicious. The location is brilliant for the beach and for the Towner Gallery and theatres not to mention a number of good restaurants. Definitely will be making a return visit

This was our second stay at this wonderfully located B&B, just metres from the seafront, Towner Gallery, Compass Theatre and a good choice of restaurants offering everything from simple fish & chips to fine dining. The hosts are warm, welcoming and helpful, as are the staff. Fresh fruits, yogurts and a wide choice of cereals are offered for breakfast while a choice of scrummy ingredients are available for a 'Full English'. We were offered an upgrade to a 'sea view' room which was an added bonus.

Utterly charming Hotel ,Brilliantly positioned for the sea front and the Theatres . Lovely helpful owners who could not do enough for you .Very helpful with the parking.First class breakfast with excellent home made marmalade .

Delightful Guest House! We wish we'd found it years ago. It felt like a Boutique Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were wonderful. The room was beautifully appointed with superior furnishings. The whole premises was welcoming and spotlessly clean. We look forward to staying again.

Great find, lovely B&B. Incredibly well maintained and comfortable family run establishment. Good breakfast with plenty of tea included. Friendly but not over bearing staff to look after you. Highly recommend a stay, even just to see if I'm right.

Well number 17 is lucky for me in Roulette and this little gem was lucky for us in Eastbourne ..as a entertainer I have stayed in many hotels. But Number 17 was lovely. A welcome smile on arrival from Lucy our room was very grand and spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely a good varied menu served again by lovely staff ..thank you mike and cody

Having booked elsewhere which turned out to be a terrible choice. We walked past this B&B and asked if they had a room. We were shown two beautiful rooms each with a large bay window, sofas and chairs which were very reasonably priced. We had a very enjoyable stay, large comfortable bed and attention to detail in the room. Gentleman who checked us in was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and provided good tips about where to eat and drink. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Eastbourne.
