The room was clean and spacious… heat worked well and agent was very hospitable. However, I wasn’t able to just checkin due to an issue with a
Prepayment issue but Trip.com resolved the issue and followed up to ensure that the issue was resolved successfully and hurst made me feel like my business

If i have - stars to give I prob. Give minus stars.
After booking I got to know they had bed bugs in their hotel.so before we go there 5 days in advanced I wanted to cancel, they refused to pay me.
It is not my home bed bugs in your hotel, I have a toddler who is allergy to insects.Even I try to reach hotel manager but no body answer the phone until today.From the Trip.com side also no assistance. Useless.
They charged me 277 dollars.Insane.

We have stay in La Quinta Wyndham Hotels before and always had a good stay… No fancy luxury but really good overall for one night … THIS TIME in this specific location poor customer service and poor facilities hygiene is my top concern. Dirty floors, Dusty, NO towels at Al and when asked for them… I was asked to go back downstairs to get them myself.

First room was not clean. Crumbs on carpet, someone's dirty sock was left in the bathroom, bed sheets had stains.
Changed rooms, and 2nd had 0 towels or face cloths. When we asked for towels at front desk we were told we had to wait until the morning so we were not able to face our faces or bathe for the night.

The staff is unrespectful, the air conditioning did not work so I had to call for a room change which was denied even the service man did not tell us to leave the hotel, he yelled at us and was disrespectful, I had to call the police and now I have to wait to see if they will refund my money

The towels were dirty! The walls were paper thin so you could hear EVERYTHING!! I should have known it was going to be a horrible experience from when I met the receptionist who wasn’t all that welcoming.

Pool was closed and no notification was given. Elevator was difficult to use due to issue with buttons. Room was clean, but short on towels. Breakfast was ok liked that it started at 6am.

We drove all the way from Ontario to swim at La Quinta. We brought water wings, noodles, goggles, etc. and yet we were unable to be buoyant. Next time it would be nice to see compensation when the facilities are limited.

We waited 15 minutes in line to check in for them to see what rooms were "clean" . When we got to our room it had clearly not bed cleaned. Stained sheets with hair, garbage in the drawers from the previous visitors. The Bathroom was clearly dirty since it had tooth paste in the sink and the counter had many spots with hard and dry toothpaste (hopefully). We had 1 towel and contacted them ro clean our room whe we left to adventure. They came and changed the sheets. Bathroom was still dirty. Never again. Would NOT recommend.
