Good communication to Hendon Central and Golders Green with bus 83. Nice supermarket / restaurant next door. Sainsbury just 5 min walk. More shops, restaurants and pubs closer to colindale. Nice rooms, loved the air conditioner. Good breakfast.

The hotel's hardware facilities are OK, the only drawback is that even the unlimited speed internet is charged, and the most important thing is that the internet is still very stuck after paying, and the signal in the room is also very poor

The room is very average, and the transportation is not very convenient. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the subway station. The hotel has no gym or swimming pool. It can only be said to be a very cheap choice in London

The transportation is quite convenient, the hotel restaurant environment and food are good, but the cleaning room must be arranged by the front desk.

Yes, the bed was very comfortable. It's just that the alarm clock at check-out was very scary. I thought it was a fire alarm... I was shocked. Everything else is quite good, the surrounding area is relatively remote, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station.

The environment is comfortable and quiet, and you have to tap your card to go upstairs, so you feel safe. 24 hours check in, convenient and fast. 😊

Booked and paid for 3 nights in advance for a uni weekend. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled the first night but I couldn’t let the hotel reception know as they didn’t answer the phone. I eventually gave up trying to let them know after 13 phone calls, just letting the phone ring out. As a result I couldn’t get there for the first night and they marked me down as a no show. When I arrived on the Saturday night after a day of delays and travelling due to bad weather, I arrived to be met by a staff member on reception who was void of any empathy or understanding. She told me that I didn’t have a secured reservation and that they had given my room away. Despite 20 minutes of showing her my invoice from premier inn saying I had paid, and also my bank account showing the payment going out, she told me that I would have to pay again. I told her that I wouldn’t pay again but she was fairly persistent. Eventually she believed me and put me into the only room left in site. Unfortunately it had the foulest smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. It was so strong that I to put both plugs in the sink and bath and keep the door closed. On the Sunday morning, I was told that the problem had been resolved. I asked why the phone hadn’t been answered when I had called so many times to let them know my plans had changed and I was told that they do not answer the reception phone when they are fully booked. Essentially, you can’t contact them to ask for directions, change of plans, or general enquires not related to bookings. On the Sunday night I was woken by noisy guests twice, once while shouting outside at 2am and then again at 3am when someone was banging on my door. As a solo female, I felt quite vulnerable. The staff in the restaurant weren’t pleasant enough on the Sunday night.

As always we had a lovely warm welcome from the staff and the check in was quick and simple. We got the door card and went to our room. When we walked in we were surprised by the slight lingering smell of smoke and the thick layer of dust on the grid above our heads. As we went into the room there was chewing gum and various other questionable stains in the carpet and the bathroom was full of black mould and grime. Definitely not what you expect from a Premier Inn as they are usually our first choice. This location seems to lack a bit of care around the hotel after you go through the main locked doo which takes you to the bedrooms corridors.

Shunza the receptionist from 3-11pm is the highlight of our stay whenever we come book a couple of nights !! Incredibly welcoming and really nice to talk to, we have nice laughs and makes everyone feel comfortable, thank you!! Good food and your standard premier inn room.

I stayed 2 nights and over the two night 6 vans were attempted to be broke in and 1 of the van had £3000 worth of tools stolen.

Use to stay here before but now it definitely needs updating. Not the cleanest of rooms either especially the bathroom. Cleaners did not even clean my room even though I requested for it. Priyanka and her colleague were very friendly and helpful though. Good location but other than, I doubt I will be staying again…

Need to place 1 microwave in dinner or reception area. So the people who have kids they can warm their kids milk themselves. This is the biggest concern for premier inn. I raised this question for them. It’s very stressful to find warm milk in night time. When kids are crying and they need milk. Please place atlest 1 Microwave in breakfast area for general use. It’s helping to everyone

Hotel was fine, as expected for a premier inn. Room was nice and clean, bathroom quite dated. Check in was very long queues before a Taylor Swift concert. We were told our family room would be available when we came back from the event.... said no and demanded the room (we needed to get ready and had an 8 year old with us). Ok location, about 15 minutes from Wembley. Breakfast was ok, but a bit slow to replace cups, mugs etc. Had to keep asking staff to provide basic things for the breakfast (they seemed to be obsessed with cleaning the tables, with no-one responsible for managing the buffet area?) Would consider staying again for a concert, but don't expect too much from your stay.
