房間收拾的特別乾淨，洗漱用品還都是一次性的，深得我心。老闆人特別好，特別周到我們前後住了兩天，第二次住時，我們是兩大人兩個小孩，房間少個枕頭，我們正準備要時老闆就給送過來了，美女老闆還給孩子準備了冰激凌。

絕對超乎預期的完美入住體驗！房間寬敞明亮，乾淨得無可挑剔。老闆熱情得像家人，親自指導洗衣服還贈送了當地牛奶。位置極佳，安靜便於停車。下次來額爾古納，必定毫不猶豫再選擇這裏！

去額爾古納的路上，商家發了酒店的定位，給我們預留了朝小區內的安靜房間和佔了停車位。美女老闆很熱情，幫我們提行李箱到二樓。房間整齊乾淨，並提供礦泉水。衞生間乾淨，沒有異味。酒店離美食街不遠，打車四塊錢很便宜，金巴爾虎的手把肉和克爾倫的布里亞特包子超讚。這次旅行感覺額爾古納的人都很好，我們第二天上午出發前感覺輪胎氣壓有問題，在酒店往南走的十字路口新鵬超市附件的汽修店，女老闆免費幫我們檢測和調整了胎壓。總之，這次入住鑫海酒店，感受很好，下次還來。
