"I stayed one night here to explore Erguna as part of my 20 day road trip across Northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. As it's nearing Chinese New Year and the Spring Festival, I was then only guest in the hostel room. I got a nice and friendly welcome from the family. The room itself is cosy and warm. I was given the sheets and made the bed myself. Not a problem with me. The showers and bathroom are in good order and the water is very warm. I am very happy with this stay. Thank you."

"The hotel in Wulanshan Scenic Area was recommended by my colleagues. Reasons for the recommendation: 1. Saved on entrance fees; 2. Allowed me and my family to slowly appreciate the beauty of Wulanshan; 3. Affordable price through Ctrip, including butler service (not available on other platforms); 4. Allowed us to drive into the scenic area, essentially a self-drive experience; 5. Breakfast included. Our butler, surnamed Tang, was incredibly warm and attentive. He drove his own shuttle vehicle, accompanying us throughout our visit, providing explanations, and helping us explore Wulanshan. Services included: picking us up from the grass skiing starting point and driving to the end to pick us up; having him deliver meals to our room; and taking us to the monkey tram area…etc. I highly recommend choosing this butler!"

"Discourage! Lightning protection! Don't come here! 0. Extremely far! The road is difficult to walk, driving makes you doubt your life! 1. A 1990s-style state-owned hotel with poor service attitude. The staff have no service spirit. We have one child and one elderly person. We asked the front desk to help us unload our luggage. The reply was: We don’t have such service! It's really tough. We came all the way from Hailar and have stayed in many small B&Bs and small hotels. This is the first time we have encountered a hotel that looks like an uncle. 2. The hardware facilities are poor, the mattresses and wallpapers are peeling off, there is no air conditioning, and it is extremely hot! Hot water is available for a limited time; 3. The breakfast buns are not enough. If you want meat buns, tell me: we have a mixture of meat and vegetarian, and they are pork. Don’t even think about mutton stuffing. Moreover, the steamed buns are all cold, and it feels like the leftovers from the one served are passed on to the next. Summary: Don’t come!"
