As soon as we arrived at the door, the staff approached us and enthusiastically guided us to a suitable spot. Their attentive guidance instantly alleviated our anxiety about parking. From check-in to every step, every process was a pleasant experience. The front desk was efficient, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the most thoughtful thing was the free laundry detergent, which made washing clothes while out and about much more convenient. The fragrance in the lobby was a real bonus, making it relaxing and cozy while waiting or resting. The attention to detail was remarkable. I had absolutely no complaints with this stay. The value for money was exceptional."

It was a double treat for both my taste buds and my eyes, with great food complemented by the stunning grassland scenery."

"The room is in a residential complex; it's quite large, clean, and fully equipped, with an elevator. However, parking seems to be limited to the alleyway right next to the entrance, even though the area behind the building is quite empty—the owner said those are reserved spaces for other people. I wonder where I'll be able to park if a car tries to park right next to the alley. Otherwise, it's pretty good."

"The scenery was stunning, with views of the wetlands from the bed. The service was excellent; they gave the children a souvenir, helped with their luggage, and provided electric shuttle service to and from the restaurant and ranch. They also gave us unlimited access to the wetlands and ranch feeding vouchers. There were lambs, alpacas, deer, raccoons, rabbits, and swans. My child said it was their favorite hotel in Hulunbuir. The restaurant was delicious, and there was so much meat in the pork stew that we couldn't finish it all."

Then I returned to live at the Nalan Hotel, and the boss was hospitable. The parking location is good, next to the food. The hotel is very new and very clean. Recommend friends to live."

"The service was absolutely top-notch. We originally booked a standard room with two 1.35m beds, but the hotel staff noticed our child was a bit older and proactively upgraded our room type. In terms of hygiene, the towels, bath towels, and even the shower slippers were all individually sealed in disinfectant bags. This alone sets them apart from so many other hotels. It was a very pleasant stay."

"A hotel in Shiwei with stunning views! Directly overlooking the Ergun River, the environment is elegant and stylish. Located near the Qarqa Line to the west, with Russia just across the border, the location is superb. The stay was excellent; highly recommended for its unparalleled views – every window offers breathtaking vistas. The hotel's design is aesthetically pleasing, showcasing the best possible perspective. Clean and comfortable, the front desk service was superb. Staying here in Hulunbuir is definitely worth it!"

"We stayed one night in Ergune and chose the Qiuguo Hotel. The service was excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly and even from the same hometown! Anything we needed was promptly delivered by a robot. The bathroom also provided what looked like very nice slippers, though I didn't use them. My only suggestion for improvement would be the lack of milk at breakfast. Many children, adults, and seniors typically drink milk, so I hope they can add it. The red date soy milk was good, though. And it was nice that they had noodles and wontons."

"The service was absolutely terrible for the price. I was traveling and woke up a little late this morning, so I didn't have time for breakfast. I thought I'd use two breakfast tickets to get some food to go, but the waiter was incredibly arrogant. I asked if they had any takeout containers, and the waiter brazenly replied, "We don't have anything. If you want some, just use a piece of paper. I don't care." What? Do you think I'm short of food at a 3000 yuan hotel? It's disgusting how they treat me with such contempt. Environment: The soundproofing is extremely poor."
