The rooms are very comfort and relatively big, 2 big swimming pools and another one for the little ones. The food is great and fresh, middle-eastern dishes, free popsicle in the day; drinks and beer. We stayed in it for the last two years - each year twice, and we definitely will come back. It is a hotel with special and awesome attitude.

A nice hotel 15 minutes from the Mul Yam shopping mall and 10 minutes from the Singing Fountain (time walking with small kids). Great stuff, excellent cuisine at the hotel restaurant, had really great time with our kids! The only minus is the only one elevator for the hotel

We have a reservation at 3pm and we only enter to the room at 7pm .the hotel is dirty no like the pictures.Pesimo hotel check in a las 3pm y entramos a la habitacion a las 7pm..muy sucio y no como en las fotos que publican,no usan mascarillas revisen mejor si las fotos del hotel y la calidad de servicio es como la que publican

First and foremost - great food! A variety of fresh middle-eastern/Israeli dishes (Shawarma, Falafel, Tahini, Arabic salad and my personal favorite - "Arais"), which is definitely to my liking, as well as some more "standard" western food. Also, the service and trea**ent were superb, in particular the reception staff - Shay, Ahuva and Alina, who were very patient and kind. Overall - a great experience.

The location is amazing near to all shopping centres.The Staff was very friendly Breakfast & Dinner were excellent & amazing, with so many choices & all was so tasty. The hotel in very clean & tidy. Also I want to mention the receiption manager *Benny* that treating to all his guests with a special trea**ent you can feel it thought the actions that he is doing by asking & making sure we'll have comfortable stay :-). defiantly a place for comeback & enjoy form a great service that makes your stay more enjoyable 😊

We found this hotel in a last minute after other location we had was cancelled. The hotel and the staff was just amazing. This is not the best looking hotel but for a family vacation in August it's much more than we can ask. I must say that the staff at the hote did whatever they can to keep us happy, this was exciding our expectations. We booked 3 rooms for 4 families.

Terrible hotel, very dirty, filthy rooms. We came for a week and left after 2 nights. Tasteless food in the restaurant, dirty, smelly corridors. The only plus is the staff. The rest is terrible. The location is inconvenient, everything is very far away
