The room environment is very good and very comfortable. The surrounding environment is good. Opposite there is the famous local IN N OUT burger restaurant, which is said to be a must-eat burger in California. There is also a Chinese restaurant opposite, and the fried noodles are delicious.

The couch bed had urine stains. Blood stains, totally unclean and unsanitary. The bathroom was dirty. None of the plug outlets work in the room. We had to change rooms no manager on site when we change rooms we wasn’t upgraded or nothing.

Late night check in was almost a complete nightmare. Had an incredibly rude interaction with one employee (first initial A). Was made to wait 30 minutes to check in due to a computer issue - understandable. Had to fight to be allowed to remain in the building while I waited (it was 1 AM, cold, and I am a solo female traveler). A had announced she was all alone and I’d need to be outside - I asked her to reconsider and she walked off with a scoff and slammed the back door. 20 minutes later I was helped by Jasmin and she was wonderful and kind. While Jasmin was great, it clearly showed A was never alone and didn’t have a reason to kick me out. Room overall was not very clean and had a strange smell. Does not look like the photos.

arrive at 11.15 pm I wait and call on a phone it have outside for 15 minutes to be attended. I left 7am and no one at the front desk.

Staff was extremely friendly! We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and really comfortable and we slept well because it was very quiet.

Loved the price! It was located in a nicer and safer area in town. Check in was easy. But I was bummed by the cleanliness and condition of the property. Room had a very strong old carpet odor. The floor/carpet did not feel clean. The shower curtain and the closet curtain were dirty. bathroom seemed very cheap and old.

There is a $15 fee to park your car which is not stated in any of the description information. Also, the grab-n-go breakfast was only coffee! Not as advertised. Rooms are old looking and run down. You can hear every conversation that occurs outside your door.

It was like being at home. I was able to cook meals everyday without spending a lot of money eating out everyday.

It was. Ok but expected something different Staff friendly. Price a little high. But overall ok.

Management and staff are not efficient, my room was not ready when i came to check in at 5:30pm. The room smells horrible and is not clean im verry un happy with this hotel and wont. Stay again

this property is in a great location and quiet. the staff were very friendly and accomidating

Someone entered my room and stole all my electronic, it had to be someone with a key pass , the police came and took details, but what can they do . Worse experience I’ve ever had staying a hotel , actually it’s not really a hotel there are no services at all
