The place is beautiful even the decor is nice. I would have expected cleaner. The second day they brought us the change of sheets and towels and we had to change them ourselves which was not a problem, they never came to collect the old one, we spent our week of vacation with dirty linen in the room. As soon as we arrived, the cleaning was really poor, two fingers of dust under the bed (I'm sending photos to the Management) and the kitchen with splashes of grease and tomato sauce, I asked for them to clean and they passed. Let's say that the dust was gone and the grease yes. To repeat… I absolutely don't!! A real shame as they overcharge enough to give you poor service.

Capo D'arco is a beautiful area of ​​the island of Elba, in fact we will return, but we will change logistics. The structure where we stayed is beautiful but lacking in cleaning and maintenance !!!!! In this regard, I congratulate the director and managers of ALLEGROITALIA for the ability to neglect and abandon a beautiful structure in an amazing place. The accommodation we stayed in had a leaking air conditioner. After warning no one even came to see the criticality ..... I made do with a bucket !!!! ....and the split is very dirty....I can't imagine the filters!!!!! Non-existent cleaning, upon our arrival we noticed that only the beds had been made in the room, the floor was dirty and full of dust with other people's food residues. Shower cabin full of limescale. The bathroom mirror was new, but they didn't have the strength and foresight to remove the residue of the stickers from the mirror, let alone cover the electrical cables ..... The vortex grid has never been cleaned (... from white it appeared gray in color with a thick wool!!!!) The kitchen faucet and the drainer are full of rust (beware of tetanus!!!!). Director take a tour of apartment 7 and try to deny the above. IF YOU WANT TO VISIT CAPO D'ARCO DO NOT CONTACT ALLEGROITALIA, if you have already booked, get yourself a tetanus shot and some various vaccines.....

We have been staying for a few days in this wonderful area. Our apartment is located overlooking the sea, I am attaching some photos which however do not deserve justice, very nice furnishings and a brand new and very clean structure. Large terrace where you can dine. In our period all the structures are open, swimming pools, bar / pizzeria and restaurant on the sea. We booked through a travel agency and had no problems. We were contacted the day before and informed in detail about check-in and location (including dirt road) Highly recommended

We decide to spend the last days of our vacation on Elba, looking for some hotel and we find this apartment - a little expensive, of course, but look how beautiful and what a location! I decide that he can go (over 700 euros for 3 nights, no breakfast, but it has air conditioning which is a must for us) and we book through Lastminute. Hearing from various sources that all the structures have agreements with ferries, I call to ask if they too have any. Answer: "we only give the discount to those who book directly on our site, because we at Booking / Lastminute already pay commissions". We have a bad start: and why does this have to be a customer problem? I already feel considered second class. Close to arrival (in early August), I read the review at the end of July on Tripadvisor and it alarms me: better check that there is an air conditioner and everything else (e.g. courtesy set) . I call and they assure me that everything is there, but "better bring your shampoo and shower gel, maybe they are finished". The premises do not bode well. On the day of arrival, we pass by the other Allegroitalia to check-in and it turns out that - coincidentally - that very morning the air conditioner broke and that the technician would have come not to fix it but to put the "plugs" on the holes in the wall. We rightly ask for a discount as we paid for a service we will not enjoy (which is why we had discarded other facilities) and we are told that "they will let us know". We arrive at the place and luckily the scenery is wonderful: it is in the nature reserve (for which they make a pass at the entrance) and you can see a lot of nature around. Too bad for the construction site of another structure under construction opposite that spoils the show a bit, but it can go. We start climbing the steps of the structure, there is a mountain of sea pine needles around (how many days have they not swept?), But we go further. Let's go into the house and take a look: help! Dirty floor, dirty surfaces, stained sofa, smell of sewage in the bathroom and last but not least toilet with signs of passing by others that clearly couldn't be us. Fortunately, with Covid, extra attention should be paid! We were already resentful for the air conditioner, the temptation is to come away. First we call and ask: they give us a 10% discount on an exceptional basis, and they bring a person to clean. Let's say 10% is not enough, they say they'll let us know. Spoiled mood. Just for the location and context, we still decide to stay, covering the sofa with the top sheet of the bed to make sure we don't sit on the dirt. Obviously, opening the windows during the day to compensate for the lack of air conditioning with a little air passage means hearing the construction site in front of you. In the following days we call insistently (and more and more annoyed) to be sure of the refund, and in the end, once back, we get a 10% - at least that! In each cas

We took advantage of the bridge on June 2 and we came across this wonderful structure. There are 4 swimming pools. 2 upper fresh water pools: one large for adults and a lower one for children. In front of the two swimming pools there is a restaurant / pizzeria where it is possible to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Then there are two private swimming pools facing the sea, both with sea water. One deeper and the other for the little ones. Here too there is a self-service lunch service, obviously a bar service and in the evening you can dine while enjoying the fantastic sea view. The managers of both restaurants pampered us to make us feel at ease. They satisfied us in everything. The prices are absolutely normal, perhaps for the exclusive place even too low. I highly recommend it for both adults and families. We will be back. Thanks for everything🥰

Premetto che per una serie di motivi non sono riuscita ad andare in questa struttura come inizialmente pensavo: avevamo programmato una vacanza il prossimo agosto con un gruppo numeroso di amici. Premesso questo, voglio comunque lasciare un'ottima recensione poichè il direttore mi ha assistita egregiamente durante varie telefonate fatte per organizzare il tutto. Infatti essendo un gruppo molto numeroso, numerose erano anche le richieste e le esigenze e tutte le volte ho avuto risposte puntuali e cordiali. Insomma, ha fatto di tutto per venirci incontro. Per questa ragione mi pareva giusto sottolineare questo aspetto pur non avendo pernottato in struttura (cosa che spero di fare presto!) perchè personalmente ritengo fondamentale come si pone lo staff ed in questo caso è stato impeccabile!

Il posto è bello , gli appartamenti sono carini,pulizia ok ma se volete rovinare la macchina tra molta polvere e strada sterrata con pietre che spuntano dal terreno che tagliano le gomme,eccovi serviti.Ho tagliato la mia gomma anteriore.Chi me la paga?Di sicuro ci torno ma nella struttura adiacente dove è tutto asfaltato.

Très grand complexe d'appartements et villa sécurisé et éloigné de tout. Piscine d'au douce ultra fréquentée, piscine d'eau de mer vide 1 jour par semaine pour nettoyage, restaurants au menu limité et peu fréquenté. Pour nager dans la mer, soyez très bon nageur ! Tout est accidenté, pas facile pour personnes âgées et poussettes, c'est très loin de ce que l'on nous avait vanté. Pas de gaz pendant 48 h pour cuisiner, eau à la douche rare à certaines heures. Bref : pas terrible.

Struttura bellissima ma gestita da un personale arrogante e prepotente. Per un disguido creato da loro tra l’altro siamo stati aggrediti verbalmente e quasi fisicamente (tutto questo perché in uno dei due ristoranti c’è stato detto che i lettini a bordo piscina non erano a pagamento,e una volta che siamo andati sui lettini siamo stati buttati giu con arroganza dal bagnino,per poi successivamente essere aggrediti dal titolare del ristorante. Imbarazzante trattare ospiti in questa maniera,specie per cose simili. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura,soprattutto ai nuovi clienti per colpa dei gestori. La struttura rimane comunque bellissima,immersa nella natura con vista mare e due piscine bellissime. Peccato per la gestione!!
