Let me start by saying that for a series of reasons I wasn't able to go to this facility as I initially thought: we had planned a holiday next August with a large group of friends. Having said this, I still want to leave an excellent review as the manager assisted me very well during various phone calls made to organize everything. In fact, being a very large group, there were also numerous requests and needs and every time I received punctual and friendly responses. In short, he did everything he could to help us. For this reason it seemed right to underline this aspect despite not having stayed overnight in the facility (which I hope to do soon!) because I personally consider the staff's attitude to be fundamental and in this case it was impeccable!

The place is beautiful even the decor is nice. I would have expected cleaner. The second day they brought us the change of sheets and towels and we had to change them ourselves which was not a problem, they never came to collect the old one, we spent our week of vacation with dirty linen in the room. As soon as we arrived, the cleaning was really poor, two fingers of dust under the bed (I'm sending photos to the Management) and the kitchen with splashes of grease and tomato sauce, I asked for them to clean and they passed. Let's say that the dust was gone and the grease yes. To repeat… I absolutely don't!! A real shame as they overcharge enough to give you poor service.

The place is nice, the apar**ents are nice, cleanliness is ok but if you want to ruin your car with a lot of dust and a dirt road with stones sticking out of the ground that cut the tyres, here you are. I slashed my front tyre. Who pays for it? I will certainly return but to the adjacent structure where everything is asphalted.

Very large apar**ent complex and villa, secure and far from everything. Very busy freshwater swimming pool, seawater swimming pool empty 1 day per week for cleaning, restaurants with a limited menu and not very busy. To swim in the sea, be a very good swimmer! Everything is hilly, not easy for elderly people and strollers, it is very far from what we had been told about. No gas for 48 hours for cooking, water in the shower scarce at certain times. In short: not great.

Beautiful structure but managed by arrogant and overbearing staff. Due to a mix-up created by them, among other things, we were attacked verbally and almost physically (all this because in one of the two restaurants we were told that the sunbeds by the pool were free of charge, and once we went to the sunbeds we were arrogantly thrown down by the lifeguard, only to be attacked by the restaurant owner. It's embarrassing to treat guests in this way, especially for things like this. I highly recommend this facility, especially to new customers. The facility is still beautiful , surrounded by nature with sea view and two beautiful swimming pools. Shame about the management!!

Despite the beautiful place... extremely rude staff to the point of even having to argue about it! An experience, unfortunately, ruined by the very low professionalism of the staff, especially those in charge. I strongly advise against it

Capo D'arco is a beautiful area of ​​the island of Elba, in fact we will return, but we will change logistics. The structure where we stayed is beautiful but lacking in cleaning and maintenance !!!!! In this regard, I congratulate the director and managers of ALLEGROITALIA for the ability to neglect and abandon a beautiful structure in an amazing place. The accommodation we stayed in had a leaking air conditioner. After warning no one even came to see the criticality ..... I made do with a bucket !!!! ....and the split is very dirty....I can't imagine the filters!!!!! Non-existent cleaning, upon our arrival we noticed that only the beds had been made in the room, the floor was dirty and full of dust with other people's food residues. Shower cabin full of limescale. The bathroom mirror was new, but they didn't have the strength and foresight to remove the residue of the stickers from the mirror, let alone cover the electrical cables ..... The vortex grid has never been cleaned (... from white it appeared gray in color with a thick wool!!!!) The kitchen faucet and the drainer are full of rust (beware of tetanus!!!!). Director take a tour of apar**ent 7 and try to deny the above. IF YOU WANT TO VISIT CAPO D'ARCO DO NOT CONTACT ALLEGROITALIA, if you have already booked, get yourself a tetanus shot and some various vaccines.....

We were very disappointed. We were all excited thinking about staying in this house after seeing the photos online. The location proves to be very charming and characteristic with spacious apar**ents, a shame about everything else. From the moment we checked in we were greeted badly by the reception staff. In a rude and hasty manner. In particular from Mrs. Antonella. The room is in acceptable hygienic conditions, however upon our arrival we noticed that there was no toilet paper. Only about 1% of the roll remained in the two baths. So we would have had a problem right away, in case anyone needed the bathroom. Furthermore, we didn't even find kitchen paper (normally the owners leave at least one roll), only a waste bag (the one already in use) so we could only throw the rubbish away once. And when more was requested, we were asked the question: "What should you do with it?" again by the very kind Antonella. The house is presented with a complete kitchen, but it lacks so many tools that it was impossible for us to use it. When we book a property with a kitchen it is because we need to use it. Without pans and various cutlery containers. There were three of us staying in an apar**ent for four, with only two knives and three forks. A replacement of sheets and carpets every 3 days was expected, but it was never carried out. Furthermore, at check-out if you did not change the baskets, tidy the room and wash the kitchen tools, you paid a penalty starting from 30 euros with a deposit retained. Despite this, having fully respected the regulations, therefore not being able to subjugate us and our deposit, they began to invent absurdities such as the disappearance of the mirror in the bedroom. Upon our arrival, a pool party was scheduled, but it's a shame that for the entire six-day stay, the pool wasn't working, a real shame given that the apar**ents are 20 minutes from the first beach, and it could have been made the most of. We will not return or recommend it.

By regulation they changed the sheets and towels every 3 days, I stayed 6 and never saw anyone clean/make up the room. I went to ask for a shower mat as it was now dirty and I was told I had to pay for more towels to receive it. I asked for toilet paper (only one roll upon arrival) and it was given to me with hassle as if I was asking for gold. There were 4 of us inside the apar**ent and there were 3 forks, 1 knife, 3 glasses, no pots or pans, just lids. In fact, this demonstrates the lack of attention in preparing the rooms before the arrival of the guests. Terrible experience that I don't recommend to anyone, there are certainly much better ones. Furthermore, Mrs. Antonella woke me up at night screaming at some kids, called our driver (a customer like us) an ******* and accused me of stealing a mirror so she could keep the deposit. Crazy.
