I had a good impression of Radiossion, such as the one in Etret, which pays attention to the needs of guests, but the one in Rouen ignored the needs of guests when booking, resulting in a delay in check-in. Although the emperor's daughter has no trouble getting married, she should also pay attention to brand and quality.

The hotel facilities are bright and simple, the front desk staff is warm and friendly, and assisted with some work that is not part of the reception. I am very grateful to her. At the same time, the check-in and check-out process is also very fast.

The standard room I booked has either a shower or a bathtub. If you want a bathtub, please make a note when booking. The service is excellent. The point is that when we came back from Etretat, the train was delayed. The time we originally planned to pick up our luggage at the hotel became 10 minutes, and SNCF refused to reschedule. In the end, we could only try our luck to see if the hotel front desk could take our luggage to the train station (although the hotel is only a 4-minute walk from the train station). The lady at the front desk agreed directly and waited for us at the station. I was really touched! And she didn't want any tip I gave her. I think this is the highest level of service in the hotel industry.
