"The staff were excellent. If you happen to be lucky, you might encounter someone who speaks Chinese. Some also speak English. The rooms were very clean. They will help you contact a taxi company if you need one, and they will also help you find a Chinese-speaking driver if you require one."

"THE HOTEL OF HORRORS The hotel has no ventilation, which is illegal in France. The bathroom and toilet are built inside what was once an old closet. The door to the room proves this isn't a room; it was once a broom storage room. The humidity was unbearable, with no ventilation or air conditioning. The bathtub was broken; the water inlet couldn't be blocked. The elevator isn't an elevator; it's a freight elevator from the 1980s decorated with stickers, claustrophobic. There was a stain on the wall that looked like someone had peed in it; I have pictures; it's disgusting. I don't recommend it to anyone. It's simply a rip-off. The room should have cost €30 a night, but it cost us €120. It's a disgrace to have chosen this hotel. It's the worst hotel I've ever been to in my entire life."
