Unfortunately our room was next to the fire pit and other hotel guests were very loud out by the fire until after 11:30pm. We called down multiple times to the front desk to ask politely for them to quiet down since it was late and the loudness kept waking up our children and our baby.

Rooms were good size with sofa. The bathroom was large and well laid out. Could have used a larger fridge.

Upon check in I was assigned a double room. That is not what I booked. Brought that to their attention and I was told they were sold out of king rooms.
Next we get to our room to find trash on the floor. Obviously the maids didn’t clean very good.
Next thing the door with a lock to get in the pool area is broken so no swimming. Next our shower containers were all out of bath stuff… soap, shampoo and conditioner. Theirs is mounted on the wall in the shower!
I brought all of this to their attention and o ly got I’m sorry. I would never stay there again or
Recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other places to stay just nearby!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel room. Large bathroom was a pleasant surprise. Separate lounge area with couch and desk was an added bonus. Friendly and professional staff. I definitely will stay here again!

We had a reservation for months in advance. When we arrived they said they were overbooked. So we did not get the room we reserved. We reserved two queen beds and we got a king. We had two children which made it difficult. We tried using the sofa and trundle, but the trundle was disgusting. The next day we were able to move to another room which was very inconvenient. We were there for 5 days and had to ask for towel’s every day. They do not clean the rooms unless you ask, just putting the maid service on the door doesn’t work. Breakfast was hard to get. I would stay away from this hotel. We booked this one because usually Spring Hill Suites by Marriott are nice, not this one.

Staff was so friendly and welcoming!
However, my room pillows had a horrible smell and bathroom you could tell
Had not been clean from shower having old soap in it to little to no toilet paper.

This wasn’t my favorite Springhill suites. It was overrun with baseball teams/families which we were also with a team. However, some of the parents were up drinking til 1am and running around banging on random guests doors and windows. We were on the top floor thankfully which was pretty quiet. Upon entering my room, sunflower seeds were sporadically all over the floor, so I asked housekeeping to come back up and vacuum. Breakfast went til 9:30am but even by 9am they were completely out of food and coffee so we never got our complimentary breakfast. All in all it seemed as though the staff couldn’t keep up with the volume of people. Someone spilled fries in an elevator and they were still there 10 hours later. Pool was extremely small. There was a nice mini golf center across the way. I think the hotel would have been ok if they were staffed to handle the volume of people.

Pool was VERY small and broke for 3 days of our stay. Front desk worker was not helpful and rude. Our door lock did not work.

Stay was “okay”. They were booked due to a baseball tournament so we had to get a king with a trundle bed for our 5 year old. The room didn’t have sheets or a pillow for the trundle , only a blanket. And the front desk was so busy at check in they had a running list of requests, so we didn’t bother calling down. We had to take bedding from the king bed for our daughter to use. The closest was broken and wouldn’t stay closed. The shower was slippery and a bit dirty on the shower door. The conditioner bottle had a broken cap. We slept okay and it served our needs. We’ve stayed here before but definitely won’t be opting for a king with trundle and instead would just stay elsewhere if that is all they had left. That room wasn’t the best for our family.
