A wrap around deck allows you to get the most out of the views. Please note that there are 13 stairs (interior) to access the main floor.We have an exterior 15 amp 110 outlet for charging your EV.The upstairs bedrooms have nightstands and dressers as well as ceiling fans. Note: these bedrooms have wall outlets that are controlled by the switch. The upper outlet is controlled by the switch and the lower outlet has constant power (just so you plug your phone into the right outlet.)The lower bedroom/ living space has a twin over twin bunk and full over full bunk bed. This space has a dedicated heating unit. There is also a fireplace that runs on propane.We are on well water and have a brand new water softening/filtration system so the water is safe to drink. Washer and dryer are located in basement.There are two parking spots in front of the garage and a turn around at the top of the driveway.
