1.進入地下停車場後手機移動/聯通無信號，沒有辦法聯繫老闆，有點要到處找信號
2.樓道環境較差，有大量飛蟻在飛，地面有大量飛蟻殘肢，無人打掃；樓道那個安全門真的好奇葩，衹留下半個身位的縫隙不知道在給誰過
3.説是自助民宿，卻要等管理人員到場才能給門鎖密碼，前前後後等了半個多小時才把阿姨等到（也有可能是在五一的原因，當晚生意很好）
4.房間裏感覺沒有活人氣息，設施雖然新，但是真的感覺沒人住過，門把手都是灰，密碼鎖有點沒電的樣子
5.雖然外置陽台有配備一台洗衣機，但是用罩子罩起來了
6.房內無WiFi密碼，就算有也需要驗證，驗證界面無法破解，懶得找阿姨，於是用自己的流量，結果流量用着也巨卡
7.在地下停車場停車一晚要收費10蚊，可以停在小區外圍的路邊，免費
8.其實小區整體環境挺好的，在泉林小鎮裏面，就是一到夜晚實在是有點恐怖，對面樓棟無燈/燈壞了在頻閃，樓下的綠化步道無路燈，一整個漆黑一片，膽小的一個人來確實會害怕
