"Bad experience. Hard to describe in one word I went there at 3 or 4 o'clock in the morning. It was very hot in August. The guy at the front desk who I went to with a lot of luggage took a long time to help me register. He said that I booked using a Hong Kong app and couldn't help me. I'm really speechless. It took about 20 minutes to complete the procedure. Although the room is large, it feels very dark and a bit scary. I didn't dare to stay anymore. After dawn, I went to buy something, but when I came back I couldn't open the door. I told the lady at the front desk that the lock was out of power and couldn't be opened. She still didn't believe me and asked me to try again. I went back and forth 3 or 4 times. Finally, the lady called the boss. The boss said that he needed to use a key to open the door and remove the electronic lock outside. It took a long time! Almost half an hour."
