朋友介紹過去，但酒店偏舊，去到前台也沒人，加上又很安靜，一度以為去了什麼黑店，泳池裡很多落葉，邊上也很多蝸牛，房間的綠植瓶裏的水是那種一看就的就知道好久沒換過，看得有點怕怕，唯一好的就是在那能看到幾衹螢火蟲。

相比3年前的良好體驗，泉林黃金小鎮如今已經破敗不堪。酒店大堂無人迎接，什麼都自助，設施陳舊，到處都是蝸牛和排泄物，衞生清潔不到位，温泉停業，自助早餐還不如快捷酒店的。愛必儂撤資後就這樣了？不會再來，該倒的就讓它去吧。

酒店自然環境很好，綠化充足，停車方便，人員服務較好。泳道及泳池配套都不錯。但酒店設施維護方面有待加強，包括門窗、外牆比較老化，房間內衞生一般，陽台旁綠化帶內垃圾多，外牆有很多蝸牛，蝸牛排泄物積滿牆體和地面。此外，那金谷的設施殘舊，維護不足。
