The inside is brand new in 2018 w/granite, stainless appliances, propane fireplace, wood floors, and lots of fun card + boardgames to enjoy. No need to bring a playpen, we have one inside should you need it. Outside you will find a Trex deck with a propane BBQ and outdoor dining table. Below the deck is a concrete patio with a propane fire pit and chairs around. Beyond the patio is a yard. Cornhole, giant outdoor Jenga, and outdoor Yahtzee to enjoy. Great Stay
This was nice home in a great location. We very much enjoyed the backyard and patio, as well as the fire pit. It was a great place to hang out and visit. The only issue we had was that the outdoor grill was not clean when we first used it, and the grill utensils need to be upgraded. We would stay here again.

Great Eugene Home
This home is modern and cozy. Clean and very well stocked. The back yard is awesome - beautiful deck/fire pit/ games and comfortable sitting and dining areas. Lots of special touches. Will definitely stay here again
