Very nice hotel in a great location, rooms were clean and comfortable just a couple of minor annoyances, no access to an iron for the room and poor lighting for my wife when applying her make up. Roof terrace is lovely just a bit of a nuisance to access along winding corridors but had a great snack bar. Swimming pool is excellent but difficult to climb out of as the surrounding ledge is high. Breakfast was very good and overall we’d stay again. In

Really nice stay at the hotel being so close to both the bus and train station. Very accessible to the high street and old town of Faro. Great view looking out at the Marina. Really recommend having their breakfast, lot of varieties both hot and cold, different refreshments including sparking wine and live piano music that adds the atmosphere. The rooftop pool is nice!

Very good location, very close old town and shopping area, walking around 3 minutes to bus station, easy travel to airport, and go some places. Room cleaned every day, breakfast nice, you can get what you like. Staff are very helpful and friendly, manager Paula provided very good service. Thanks Paula

Probably the best hotel in Faro. Great location for the marina and for getting a boat to the the local beaches. Nice clean rooms. Great views from the rooftop and from the breakfast restaurant area.

Decent Stay, but Could Be Better for a 4-Star Hotel
The Good:
• Location: The hotel is in a great spot—just an 8-minute walk from train Station and only 10 minutes by taxi to the airport, making it very convenient for travelers.
• Breakfast: One of the best parts of our stay! A great selection of food, and the addition of a piano playing in the background made for a lovely atmosphere.
The Not-So-Good:
• Bathroom Issues: Unfortunately, the bathroom had a bad smell, which we believe was caused by water collecting under the floor for a long time. The shower design was also frustrating, as water would leak out onto the bathroom and toilet floors. Additionally, the ventilation fan didn’t seem to work well, which made the smell worse.
• Construction Noise: This was a major issue. There was loud construction work from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., making it nearly impossible to relax in the hotel during the day.
• The overall entrance to the hotel didn’t feel like a typical hotel—it was busy and had a commercial feel, more like entering a shop or mall.
We’d rate it 3/5. While the location and breakfast were great, the bathroom issues, construction noise, made it feel below 4-star standards. With better maintenance and some upgrades, this hotel could be much better!

Location of hotel excellent. Had a marina view which was superb. Strange location of, and small reception area so time consuming checking in and trying to get info from desk as always a queue and only one staff working. Two very small elevators are the main source of access to higher floors. The bar was very well served and cheap for a hotel. Breakfasts excellent due to choice available. However too many people drink coffee so if you want tea you will be waiting amongst the scrum of coffee slurpers for quite a while. They need more coffee machines spread around the breakfast area to eliminate this. The pool in the spa is excellent but water cold. Good sauna also located there. The rooftop pool can be windy and surrounded by smokers! Not too good for a non smoker. They possibly need to allocate an area for this act although people would have to leave their loungers which is hard I suppose.
Faro is an excellent location and easy to get around from this hotel

Loved this hotel with loads of character and tlc. From the pianist at the breakfast service to the reception and restaurant team. A welcome glasses of local wine is there for you too. All so warm and friendly. Feel like coming back soon. The location is perfect for a stroll to the quint alleys and eateries of Faro. The hotel with lots of heart.
