Fenghuang Yinhe Hotel (Fenghuang Ancient Town Branch)

I thought it was a new hotel when I checked Ctrip, but when I got there I found out it was actually renovated. As soon as I walked in, there was a strong smell of paint and formaldehyde. The sanitary conditions were poor, and the front desk phone was always busy. The most annoying thing was that the bath towel shed. After I took a shower and dried myself, I looked like a rabbit with white hair all over my body. I was very angry and called the bar, and they asked me to send you a new one. I waited for half an hour, but they told me that there was only one waiter in the whole building. I was speechless. After a series of dissatisfactions, I wanted to drink some water but I didn’t dare to use the kettle. Then I found that there was not even any mineral water to drink, so I called them to have it delivered. Alas, I couldn’t sleep well the whole night. There were 2 people staying in a double room, but there was only one breakfast coupon, so we had to buy another one. We simply didn't eat it, so pissed off 😡! XXX!

酒店環境舒適温馨、設施一流、乾淨整潔、床品很舒服， 停車方便免費，在這古城要找酒店能停車還是比較難的，出門就有公交車站，打車也方便，去南華里橋很近1公里多，走過去也很快，附近有幾家吃飯小店味道不錯，個人覺得有準四星的水平，服務人員周到熱情， 以後再來首選這家店，會推薦親朋好友來這住

整個酒店的裝修風格非常有格調 入住前打了電話還問了我 我不喜歡離電梯太近的房 房間安排的非常滿意 聽説是老酒店升級，但是設施各方面真的是沒話説 住過很多酒店，這個性價比太絕了！下次來鳳凰還住在這裏！

第二次來鳳凰了，上次開車過來的時候住在古城江邊，為停車位煩惱了不少！這次果斷選擇了擁有500多個停車位的這個酒店！前台推薦的本地餐館非常好吃！還跟老公去南華里喝了咖啡！鳳凰真的太愜意了！從入住酒店開始就覺得幸福滿滿！選對酒店真的是旅途中最重要的決定！
