Perfect hotel insude furongtown, higgly recommended the coffee shop near this hotel. So so good

Very good place. The location couldn't be better - in the middle of the ancient town and very close to the river, but not so close that it got noisy. The room had very beautiful decorations, and with comfortable bathroom and bed (loved the electric blanket and movie screen). The balcony was nice too with a fantastic view (get the room on the top floor for this view, it's worth it). Service was great too - I arrived early and was able to check in almost 2 hours before, and when I left the owner helped me carry the luggage to outside the old town and hailed a taxi for me. The movie theme is nice and unique, but even without it the hotel has very harmonious interior design. One of the best hotels I've stayed in while in China. Only issue for some people might be that you have to climb quite a lot of stairs to get to the hotel, but Fenghuang is like this in general, so not a good town to visit if you can't handle stair. Not so many stairs inside the hotel though.

Throughout my travelling experience in China by far this maybe the worst hotel room: Location: It is inside the old city where cars are not allowed. You have to carry heavy luggages from the main gate thu uneven stone road and walk to the hotel let alone the many stairs to climb. Toilet : it is so small that the shower head is just beside the WC. Meaning you can sit on the WC to take your shower. Worst is the WC got stuck after the first use and we called the owner. He came to unblocked it and told us to throw the used toilet paper into the dustbin beside, OMG Heater: there is no heating nor Aircon in the room. I came here on 19/3/25 and the weather is so cold, the whole room is like a freezer especially at night. Smoking: there is smoking smell in the room whole night and we believe is either from rooms next door or from the reception room. We noticed the owner sitting at the reception area smoking non stop watching movie until very late night. Room: very small and not clean. The end of story is we quickly booked a room from another hotel just outside the old city and waited until early morning and checked out from here.

Great place! Very well located close to the main places to visit. Super clean and very comfortable!

Very romantic and also peace&quiet! Would recommend it, especially to a couple.
