The staff are very friendly and attentive, the room and linens are very clean, the environment is quiet and the balcony has a great view.

The staff is young and helpful. The premise is a bit old fashioned but the rooms are renovated. Located in the old town, walking distance from everywhere including a paved road. There is an external courtyard that faces the river.

The hotel is in the ancient town itself and within 15 minute walking distance of the main scenic areas. The hotel was really comfortable to stay at. The room were big and clean, had a bidet toilet and a bath tub. The staff was very helpful and showed us on a map where to go and what we could do in the city upon our arrival. They also picked us up and dropped us back off again at the Maglev station (for which they helped us book tickets as well).

Need to take a short walk about 5mins on cobbled road from roadside into hotel. To walk to main tourist area of 凤凰古镇，need to walk a out 10-15mins through the quieter part of the old town. Room is huge. Need to climb stairs. Simple breakfast. Owners are friendly and helpful. They pick us up from a designated place after arriving by 高铁。So important to communicate with them 1 day in advance.

Great value for price, luxury room for very fair price, the best view of the river and the bridges, they came to pick us up and helped to book everything we needed, the room is enormous, is sparkling clean and has the biggest possible window to the scenic area, people staff is super and even let us make late check out. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is very nice. The room is big, clean, sooo comfortable and cozy. You feel like home. The staff is amazing. They pick us up at the bus stop, upgrade the room for free, and trough we chat you can ask for help and they answer and help you very fast. The breakfast very tasty. And the price awesome. We’d back to this hotel for sure
