老房子，鬧中取靜，床品很乾凈，兩張大床一家四口很舒適。民宿旁邊的停車場挺一晚要50元停車費，真是夠貴的!

缺點1，房子位置不好找，我們去的時候找了很久，名宿名字和實地不符點外賣，外賣員都找很久，來鳳凰古城的朋友注意了，一定要提前兩三小時打網約車提前（根本打不到）還有6-14點出租車司機上班時間14-15點一般為交班時間不搭人，15點往後就可正常，但是很多人都在等出租車，儘量選好時間旺季，淡季的話好打一點到高鐵站22塊錢左右，機場不知道，但是應該也不貴，當地人很熱情時不時就能被拽進去飯店和寫真館，看個人意願，中午一般遊玩的人比較少，都是傍晚出來，經常會下雨，注意看好天氣預報，其它的姐妹要寫真什麼的，個人建議去十里苗疆寫真館，那邊的化粧和別家的不一樣，好太多，我男朋友和我分別是兩家的，差距太大，衣服都大差不差
2.當時八月，最熱的天氣，空調16º和還沒有外面涼快，很空不隔音，蟬房是在最頂上，最熱，
3.我們住的兩天，第一天熱水非常熱，第二天洗澡水温忽冷忽熱，導致我們第二天都着涼感冒，到長沙酒店兩個人都發燒了，很不舒服。
4.沒有洗衣服，洗衣機，我們的衣服是手洗，一天就幹了，本來覺得是名宿應該可以原諒一點，但是他一晚上280，快300，這體驗不是很好很適合單人行李不多的人住，進鳳凰古城走了很久才找到
5.陽台的門關不死，有蚊蟲，
優點1.打電話，姨會給你帶路，房間裏面很有書香氣息
優點2.風景好，在鳳凰古城內拍寫真方便逛景區方便
但是地板是木的很臭陳舊，洗漱台也是木的，很潮，用水的時候都擔心那個水會下滲。

酒店主宿很差，而且貴不是江景房一晚上5百多，網上訂的以為環境很好，沒想到是騙人的，徹底的上當受騙，酒店很不衞生很少給酒店差評，但是這家酒店真的讓我很不滿意

老闆是一對中年夫妻，友善熱情，一直電話關心我們然後聯繫著路程，民宿在古城裡，裏停車場和河邊都很久，方便。第一天我們到的時候正好是週五晚上6點多，是古城人最多的時候，老闆幫我們找車位停車搞了快兩個小時，很用心很感謝他們。房間有好幾個，每一個房間的佈局和風格都不太一樣，有些房間裏還有老闆淘的老物件。總的來説是一家很棒的民宿，推薦！
